DTVC is a company wholly owned by King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) with responsibility for Science Park Management and Technology Commercialisation.

DTVC has the mandate to commercialise technology primarily from the research outputs of KFUPM but additionally from a number of IP providers including worldwide universities and companies.
