PraxisUnico co-founder, Lita Nelsen, retires after 30 years at MIT

Lita Nelsen co-founded Praxis Courses Ltd, in 2002, with Professor David Secher, then Director of Research Services at Cambridge University. Praxis merged with Unico in 2009, and Lita remained on the Board until 2014. She retires after 30 years in technology transfer at MIT, 24 as director of the Technology Licensing Office, but remains active in consulting in technology transfer and entrepreneurship and service on for-profit and non-profit boards

Described as "a beacon for the tech transfer community", Lita hands over the reins at MIT to Lesley Millar-Nicholson from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
